What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I get my order?
At Shelily, each dress is crafted with care. Your delivery time includes both processing and shipping.
1. Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. Some items with special craftsmanship may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
2. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

USA: Typically 5–7 business days
International: Typically 10–20 business days
Express Shipping
USA: Typically 2–3 business days
Economic Shipping (USA)
USA: Typically 7–10 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Economic Shipping (USA): The standard rate is US$9.99. However, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and the specific products ordered.
